    This magnificent mansion in Fitler Square, Philadelphia has a history dating back to 1903 when it was built by distinguished architect, Theophilus Chandler, for the Episcopalian Bishop.


    Since 2015, PLMG has managed this historic building - our responsibilities include the general upkeep of common areas, snow removal, interior cleaning, financial and budget support, and more!

    Built in 1900, this Rittenhouse Square brownstone is a classic four-story residence inspired by the architectural style of La Roque-Gageac, a French village known for homes carved into limestone cliffs, hence the name of the condominium association. The property was later converted into nine units spread across four floors. PhillyLiving Management Group has managed the building since 2013, overseeing insurance, budgeting, common area maintenance, and day-to-day operations to ensure a positive living environment for all residents.

    Located in the historic Old City neighborhood, 306-08 Cherry Street is a boutique condominium just steps from Philadelphia landlords like the Betsy Ross House, the National Constitution Center, and the Liberty Bell. PLMG has proudly managed this 9-unit property since 2015. As with many of our managed associations and HOAs, we regularly attend board meetings and provide support to ensure smooth operations.

Situated in the heart of the Fairmount-Art Museum neighborhood, this building is just blocks from the Philadelphia Museum of Art, Rodin Museum, and the Franklin Institute, with easy access to the Schuylkill River Trail. PhillyLiving Management Group has managed this property since 2015. We’re especially fond of its tree-lined street and charming neighborhood.
