Built in 1900, this Rittenhouse Square brownstone is a classic four-story residence inspired by the architectural style of La Roque-Gageac, a French village known for homes carved into limestone cliffs, hence the name of the condominium association. The property was later converted into nine units spread across four floors. PhillyLiving Management Group has managed the building since 2013, overseeing insurance, budgeting, common area maintenance, and day-to-day operations to ensure a positive living environment for all residents.

Located in the historic Old City neighborhood, 306-08 Cherry Street is a boutique condominium just steps from Philadelphia landlords like the Betsy Ross House, the National Constitution Center, and the Liberty Bell.
