Another notable example of a trinity is the Letitia Street House. Built in 1715, it was once believed to have housed William Penn’s family. Although larger than a typical Trinity house, it shares the vertical, space-efficient design that later defined Trinity homes in neighborhoods like Society Hill and Queen Village. Originally located along the Delaware River, the Letitia Street House was later moved and recently restored; it can now be found in West Fairmount Park next to the Philadelphia Zoo.
